PSP Hacks???
Well, I know there is a psp hacks sit for I am a member, but then, I spend a lot more time here to be honest. I've kinda given up looking as each game requires a new hack (almost) and I can't be arsed to keep up to date.
What do you guys think of the new modchip (dual firmware)???
Anyone got it? Is it worth it?
My step-mom has a black psp, and I offered her a swap for my white (once she gets the chip) as I really prefer the black (now the white is available in UK now)

Yeah, things did get quite boring over there. All I use now are (I dont know if you can say this here, but oh well) ISO'S. Are you in the UK then?

Yeah, I'm in UK. And I use them too, but to be honest, I rarley use my psp now...

I kinda go on an off with my psp, but I wouldn't sell it. Plus, with the 1.5 there is is that option to play ISOs, so you don't really have to buy the games, or at least give them a try if you really want to buy them

I think it's worth the 100 bucks. This thing is flashable via usb! This means we can bypass sony's updater check with a simple usb interface and pretty much make the psp do what the hell we want with our own firmware! This means one day we won't need Devhook or anything to run iso's, we might be able to run them straight from the mem stick off the system menu!
Snes9xtyl and Daxter on one psp. Sounds really cool!
Xbox 360 modding service. $25 to mod the dvd drive. The price of any other mod such as case mods depends on the price of parts needed and labor

Sorry if this is an old thread but With the new devhook and custom firmware Its basiclly the same as having a mod chip for free. Plus you can luanch homebrew from the 2.71 menu. The first one is the nes emulator nesterJ.

my psp runs firmware 3.03 oe-c. once i did that (downgraded from 3.03 and then went 3.03 oe-c easy installer 
now that i hacked it, i find little joy in it

just fo the record, i play my psp all day everyday... at work, i take multiple bathroom breaks for the sole purpose of either watching a movie, anime, porn or playing ANY friggin' game my heart desires from PSP, PS1, SNES, Genesis, NES or GBA. That means HUNDREDS of games are at my fingertips free of charge, to play anytime i want, anywhere i want. ANY movie, ANY television show... and if I'm close enough to a free hotspot, there is an infinite amount of information available on the web... PSP is THE best portable entertainment device EVER created. Period. Exclamation point. Effin' ampersand. All other portable gaming devices before it bow and grovel and all portable gaming devices after it sob in the corner at their failed attempt to be anything near as good. If it could be a phone with tits and suck my d!ck, it would be almost perfect.
