Well, by what i can tell from looking at all the posts regarding hacking/modding 360s, it looks as though, no matter what route u go u have to take apart ur 360 just to get the damn DVD-Rom out and, HOPE, ur computer has an SATA port but since i ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to take my 360 apart, only on account of the fact that since i was about 5 every damn electronic device ive ever taken apart never worked the same after being put back together, IF AT ALL!
So, should i just wait until the last 1 1/2 yrs to 2 yrs of my extended warranty is up before doing anything w/ it or is there a way i can hack it w/out taking a single screw or even the warranty seal out/off of it? Im even debating as to whether/not i should just wait until after i get my settlement and just buy a refurbished 1 to hack, this way ill have 1 hacked and 1 not hacked, i have 1 of those 256 MB memory units so i can just copy my pro. to that and put it into which ever 360 im going to use at that time.
Im also sure, if io google it, i can find 1 online thats already been hacked, any thoughts/warnings on this would be greatly appreciated, for i am about as much of a "Newb" as 1 could ever be!
