Installing new optical drive (BenQ)
So I've been meaning to get a 360 for some time now, and my friend had an old one he ripped apart, all it needs is a new optical drive and it would be complete. So I'm wanting to buy a BenQ drive off of Ebay, I'm pretty sure i have to flash the firmware though, correct? Which I've never done with a 360 at all, so can I get some help with how too or any places to help me?

There is a tutorial here on replacing the drive, READ IT, don't ask someone to TELL you how, it's already here, in the MAIN MENU forum.

Seriously dude I didn't ask for anyone to TELL me how to do it step by step, "can I get some help with how too or any places to help me?"
Doesn't sound like it to me, all I was doing was looking for some tips on doing it.
God forbid I read every section of the forum looking for my specific problem when I can ask. After all it's a forum, made for people to discuss topics, such as this. If you really get upset by this maybe you shouldn't be the admin.

SO, you really need pointing to the right place? Really? You missed ALL OF THAT, every single one of those clues? Douche-Bag is very Glad you are not a CSI agent, or an agent for any authority; you would NEVER solve the case...
