Xbox360-Hacks.com / xbox 360 saying PLAY DVD on burned games...what the hell?

Hey guys.

I just recently got a flashed xbox 360 with the new firmware update. It works because the person I bought it from gave me a free game with it and it runs perfectly fine. I have burned 2 games, Modern Warfare 2 and GTA: Episodes of Liberty City.

When I put them into the drive of the Xbox 360, all it says is Play DVD and it loads up the Xbox logo and stays there.

I have burned the games multiple times, and I know for a fact im doing it right. What the hell is wrong with this thing?!!
been trying to fix it for the last 2 days and have googled nonstop trying to find a solution!!!

Any help would be amazing.

Are you sure he flashed it with ixtreme 1.61? If not, there's your problem.

Also, if you're playing wave4 games you need to insert the activate disc (they might have gotten around that already though, wait for someone elses input) before you can play your games.

Oh and you shouldn't be trying to play MW2, you're going to get banned from xbl since it's not released yet
