hi im a bit new to hacking the 360 i have a hacked 360 with firmware 1.81 on and i cant seem to get lips to work i just get a xbox logo at 1st i thought i may need a firmware upgrade but ive just got borderlands and that works fine any info would be gr8 thanks in advance

Highest ixtreme firmware is 1.6 atm so i dont have a clue what you mean by 1.81 unless thats a typo.
