Does anyone know of an easy way to open one of these? I tried google searching how to open one but most of the videos I saw only say how to fix one and the box was already opened.

I mainly want to clean the dust out of mine and (if possible) do a fan mod.

There is no reason to open the PSU, no fan will fit, and dust is not a problem with the PSU. However, if you persist, you must be careful not to damage any parts when TRYING to open it. One slip, and you can gouge out a part...

Funny though, I did a search on Yahoo, as usual, "how to open a xbox 360 power supply" and I got results, so do your own work.
