Xbox live and original games
hi, it bothers me and i cant find the answer. When you play with hacked xbox360 on xbox live with backup games no matter what your firmware is you are risking of beeing banned from xbox live, but if you are playing with the same hacked console but with original games are the risk is the same as before ? or there is no way they can detect that i'm with hacked xbox360

Ye I'm wondering aswell.
Is it safe to play online with a original game on a flashed 360?

Not that I have read about. If someone FLASHES a console, they are doing it for a reason. So, I never read that "I was banned with firmware x.xx and all I played was originals." Not only would that look stupid, but IS, Don't mod it if you are only going to play originals, heh heh...
