*Making Backup Of A Backup*
From time to time we get people comes on here and ask if this was possible, some ask how to? And I was curious for my self so I actually sit down and give it a try, well, its possible! though its a lil' different from backing up the original, but I thought I post it not only for the short tut. but also something like a confirmation.
Backup from original:
XBC - Samsung Kreon - +R DL
Backing up from backup:
I first tried it the same way I would with the orignal copy, turn out, in the XBC the only option they give you was Current Partion, the Complete Backup is faded out, so backup the Current Partion, now here's something a lil'bit different, normally when you click Current Partion with orginal copy,the LBA should be about 7.05GB same with Complete Backup, but this time, it said LBA:254Bytes, which actually is not accurate, once the byte reach 254, it will keep on going, and won't stop untill it get to 7.05GB, average time I say it takes about 15-20 mins.
After you get the Current Partion, yup you guess it, get the rest, the SS, DMI, PFI files, patch it with SS Merger, creating DVD file, then let it burn.
That's it! simple!
Keep in mind, I haven't try this with the backup copies of Crackdown or Star Trek Legacy (don't have neither game), and I'm not sure if using the backup copy that was done with WxRipper will work or not, since WxRipper will take quite a bit of the original information out from its original game.

I Tried to make a copy using XDVDMulleter Beta8 ... Then burn it using CloneCD .. but when I put the DVD into Xbox 360 Drive , it says it's " Unplayable Disk "
Do you think Bitsetting/Booktype is the problem ?

Are you talking about making backup from another backup or just backing up the original copy?

which image creator shall i use to make an image of an already backed up game... i have downloaded it frm the net n burnt it on a dvd... now i wanna make another copy of it using the dvd which i previously burnt... so which software will make a working image of the already backed up game... suggestions plzz...

this does NOT work i ruined 3 perfectly good DL discs with this method it wont do it

ok to clarify all the babble your talking on here for gods sakes,
to make a backup of a backup follow these piss easy steps
(dependant on your firmware version of xbox)
check your game in your kreon drive to see its stealth if your on the ixtreme firmware
or make sure the one your gonna copy has its ss and stuff
use ANY dvd backup iso program, i use NERO !! or IMGBURN !! also is dvd decrypter / clone cd and so on
in any one of these programs, pop your game to copy (even a backup copy you know one already copied and burned)
into your kreon drive, now either copy to a directory on your harddrive (yes pc) OR copy it on the fly,
to copy on fly please dunt be stupid make sure youve a 1-2gb ram por more, P4 3 gb or similar and enough memroy on pc hdd
ONLY ever burn at 4x or less and dont listen to people when they say you only use expensive disks, i have 60+ copies
they ALL work and perfectly at that. none on expensive disks
Always alter your booktype to your drive type, always dvdmulleter your copy before you put into your xbox
i have 60+ successful backs 50% from already backed up disks, all are stealth for ixtreme 1.4 and all work online without me getting detectede and banned
follow my instructions and be sensible NEVA use a game before release that is if you value LIVE, dunt use copies if you gonna cry if you get banned its that risk that makes it worth doing in the first place !!
, NEVA waste your time and money on expensive DLs when cheapish ones work perfect,
i pay £17 for 25 disks and when games are £40 each thats a fair trade off. you can get 25 for £8 on the net they work fine too !

m8 bitset/booktype just fixes a very slight jitter in the write to disk that leave a vagely detectable trace to xbox live, if your getting these problems check the disk is clean before you copy / burn and try follow my steps to burn (a backup disk already backed up to DL disk) or use xboxcreatpor 2.5 to create an easy backup from origional disk

I made backups of two of my friends bootlegged games, both of which were three discs long and they work perfectly. Of course, I re patched the stealth with ABGX360
Xbox 360 modding service. $25 to mod the dvd drive. The price of any other mod such as case mods depends on the price of parts needed and labor

:)No problem i use backup creator 2.7 copy an alredy copy to your hard drive in a folder through backup 2.7 there will be a file about 7.29 gb then if you already have another game on your hardrive that is from an original there are 2 files 1 is 7.29 gb which is the game the other file 2 is 32 bytes that is the reading file just copy and paste that 2nd file to the folder with the 7.29gb. Make sure both files have the same name the burn through clone cd.
