hi guys ive uploaded this
360 POT Calibration for Samsung and Hitachi tutorial
http://www.mediafire.com/?dqixonyjyx
POT stands for potentiometer, an apparatus that measures the potential (or voltage) which has a user-adjustable resistance. Usually, this is a three-terminal resistor with a sliding contact in the center. Basically, it tells the laser how bright to shine to resolve issues of the drive not reading media.
The potentiometers or pots are located in the laser head's side if you want to try and adjust them. Just be careful in adjusting them though, because it's known to kill some lasers. Most gamers suggest not going below 3.0 when adjusting your pots.
Thanks goto Moda from xbox-scene
for this tutorial
Thanks jay

good work
you only need to do this if your drive is playing up
like : your 360 will only playing dvd movies nothing else
or only backup's and not originals or vise versa
and general weird stuff like that
this will even let you use more cheaper media ![]()

That link is no longer any good, that's why you can't download the tutorial. IT does not take me to another web site, it takes me to media fire, as it says, but no download.
Goggle it, you will find it.
There may be two POTs there, one is for intensity, the other is a bandwidth adjust. Focus is automatic.
