So I got a RROD 360 for free from a friend and after $25 on a heatgun and a few hours of work I got it working again.  I want to mod the case and I'm interested to know more about modding the firmware to play backed up games.

I'm currently reading the tutorials and checking every getting started post, but there seems to be so much to work through.  I guess it'll start to sink in after some amount of time.  No hurry to rush it, but I dont want to pay for every game out there and torrenting is already very nice!
