Never; Superman against ANYONE (Except Doomsday)?  Superman wins, hands down, unless your weapons and armor are made of Kryptonite.  This is why these games are STUPID...  Like soul caliber with yoda?  A Light saber slices through anything it comes into contact with, except another light saber.  So, how does it KNOCK you back, or damage you, when it should slice your arm, leg, or whatever off.  Stupid...

Yes, in fact, the ONLY game that I know that is as REALISTIC as it can be, is Lethal Skies for PS2.  You only get what the plane can carry, not 45+ missiles like with Ace Combat series (though I like them all).  Also, you have to go back (land) to refuel or re-arm if you run out, and you do run out.  IF you run out of missiles, all you have is your Vulcan cannon, and that will run out too.  IF you run out of fuel while in mission, bye-bye...   I think there was one mission where you needed to get an extra fuel tank, thus you get less weaponry due to weight.  Then, once you reach the target area, you jettison the fuel tank.   There is a nearby FIENDLY, where you can land and then arm with more, or re-arm when depleated. 

YES, they need to be as real as possible for me for it to be interesting.

Most of the Tom Clancy are realistic.  You can only take one hit to the head, and your dead.  A few hits to the body, and you get weaker the more hits you get before dying from the 4th or 5th hit.

Those are the only type of games I really LIKE to play...

Lots of people seem to like it....  IT isn't doing too bad.
