Welcome to the forums, Koolway12

This isn't really the Help section, in fact I'm pretty sure it's not (lol).
In answer to your question; you could download all of your friends' games, though they would merely appear as demos on your profile. The full version/demo flags are stored on the profile, rather than having a specific download file for each. You could play them as full games by signing into his profile, though only while connected to Xbox LIVE.

It would seem he thinks this is like what you can do with the PS3, but even with PS3, that profile must remain on the console. You can't have the same profile on two consoles with the XB360, and here is why:
If you put the profile on the XB360, you have to MOVE it between consoles with a memory card.
If you chose the RECOVERY option, the one on the other console becomes invalid.
M$ made sure game sharing would not happen. You used to be able to, in the VERY BEGINNING, but with DRM, it has all been changed.
If you happen to get the SAME profile on two consoles? Only one can be signed in to XB live at a time, so one has to have the LAN unplugged, so you sign into the console, and not Live.
