for instance, now with the last xtreme i know that im stealth to m$ with most games.
my question is, can i be banned only when theres new XBL update/patch(and theres still no new version on extrem..)?
or they can know i have hacked console any time?

I would not have told you to read it if it didn't mean anything. The point is, NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

You need to read up on how to make backups, there are tutorials and information here. There is a LEARN HERE link, that has links and other info on backups. It explains what STEALTH is, plain as day...

1.when ppl say that i need to make my own backup or rip myself, what they mean(its only the burnning part right?)?
2.and about the stealth, release from groups(on torrents site\ boards etc..) arent stealth?
3.last one, this stealth make me also stealth in front of microsoft or just in front of the console?

1. NO, you use the XB360 drive to RIP or have a Kreon drive to RIP your own games to backups, and burn them yourself.

2. That means you are DOWNLOADING games, which is illegal, and is piracy, and we do NOT support that, so you will not get any more information. Read the SITE RULES again!!!!

3. Stealth is how YOU make your backup, if you are downloading, you get what you deserve.

Buy your games, backup what you OWN not what someone else owned or owns..
