I'm desperate!!!! where i am living right now the only option i got for internet is a 3GSM card. i got one from at&t ( it is a Option GT MAX express ). it works surprisingly well (average speed 1.5Mbps). so the question is, can i connect my 360 to my pc and use this connection to play xbox live? And how?

please i am dieing to play xbox live and the sticky guide didn't seemed to to have the answer

You need LAN port in your PC, then you need to go to XBOX site and read on how to use Windows ICS. No, I won't explain it because it is already done, in detail HERE in other areas, and at XBox live.com
