Registration is closed, however there will be more ways to get into the BETA, and we will continue to update you on the details as soon as they’re finalized! International members, please stay tuned, as news on how you can get a Beta token for your country will be coming next week.

yeah... for UK people. you can pre-order CoD4 at Game.UK or something. and then you can get a beta code.

They have been saying this for about a month. That they will be adding other areas later in the beta.
