Keep in mind, that I don't really believe it, but:

Even if the loader gets released, by this accident, who will support or update it?  The person responsible SOLD OUT to Sony, turned over the Dev Kit, all code, and signed a contract (so everyone says).  So, if that is true; If that gets publicly released, that person will be in breach of contract and lose everything.  This spells bad news for the original developer if that gets out, but as we know, the need for piracy games will outweigh a jail sentence for the author.  People are just ignorant, and this should not even be public knowledge.  The author will end up in a major law suit with Sony, lose their life and everything they own, and for what?  PIRACY?  This is why PIRACY is bad, bad for everyone. 

Then again I hope it does happen, then you see the final result of human ignorance and greed.

another little update

i have had another chat with my friend who has ferrox and he has told me something which ties in with what power has said,
it appears after uodating his console, he has lost ferrox and the game on his HDD and can no longer access the online stuff, it appears he has been banned, like i said this ties in with what powerslave has said, that the guy did sell out to sony and so sony know what to look for in a console which would have this loader and so allow them to ben him.
a shame really, but as before ill keep u guys updated with every thing i hear
