Guys can i play ntsc games on a hacked pal xbox360?

do i need to change anything with the iso's for the ntsc releases to work on pal
or can i just burn n play.

BTW i just dl'ed DOOM 1 from XBLA and it still kicks ass for fun even tho the graphics are way dated.
