avi files
i want to see a movie avi file onto xbox thru USB pendrive but i need to convert it..... cuz xbox cannot
read that as it is .....
i want to convert it to obtain a good quality file .... i mean i want an avi not a wmv ... a hi quality avi....
so which software and codec should i use ?
i got AutoGK and SuperV2007 but still i don't know which target file xbox 360 accepts.....

This belongs in "Multimedia". Moved.
The 360 can read most DivX files, so if its DivX, you won't need to convert it. Otherwise, you can use "Videora Xbox 360 Video Converter". It can be downloaded from: http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/Xbox360/

If the file is in DivX or XviD, and you have been on line, it will work, you need to change the SOURCE when at the media blade, and chose video. I think (X) is to change the source...
IF it is not in a codec that XB360 can recognize, then you need to convert it...

no my xbox is not modded ....... is online and fully updated ...LOL....
