I'm planning to get xbox live and I have a haacked 360 (didn't do it myself, they sell it hacked here, law doesn't stop or such) but when I heard that microsoft can analyze your 360 when you connect to live I got scared:mad:. Since  I don't even what type is my dvd rom and what version it is I'm not sure if I should take the risk or such.
I play copied games (I guess they are not modified, just illegal coppies) and never connected my 360 to the internet. I got RRoD once but I got it fixed now. I currently opened a silver account on my PC since my 360 is away from. I have the recent game Halo 3, CoD 4, GoW,...etc.
So I have two main questions:
1-Should see what is my 360 made of and what should I do? If yes how do I know.
2-Should I take the risk? Because a guy from Saudi Arabia siad that plaing XBL in non-ms regions is fine even with copied games.
