You are not logged in.
u need to have the drive visible in windows
then extract the folder iXtreme-HitachiAll-RTMv3 folder to the master drive like
C:/iXtreme1.2 Hitachi rev 3

flashing the drive

open the iXtreme-HitachiAll-RTMv3 folder
then double click on >>>FLASHIX.bat<<< file
Type the drive letter [Aa-Zz] of the Hitachi drive you wish to flash, and Enter
then a name for the backup folder [hitachi] [xxxxx] and Enter! Done. (X) use last five xbox360 serial number
edited pic above so u wont see my frend serial number so the (00000) is the last five serial numbers on back of xbox360

When FLAXHIX.bat is complete, (assuming without errors)
the FLAXHIX.bat will forward the user to a CMD prompt.

now its safe to turn off and disconnect your drive.

open the iXtreme-HitachiAll-RTMv3 folder
double click on the >>>RESTORE.bat<<< file 
Type the dirve letter [Dd-Zz] of the Hitachi drive you wish to restore, and hit Enter!
you should see some thing like this

When RESTORE.bat is complete, (assuming without errors)
the RESTORE.bat will forward the user to a CMD like above.
now its safe to turn off and disconnect your drive.
