ok.....my dad downloaded hl2 ep2 at work(he has t1 at work)....and he backed it up and installed it on my computer at home and after i installed it it says "downloading 65%"

i have dial-up at home(cant get cable at my house).....and it says it would take 4 days to finish downloading.......

he was able to play it on his after he installed it but on mine it says its downloading something...not updating

ive tried steamemu and tinylauncher to try and play it and it says that i dont have all the gcf's needed

so he copied all of his gcfs on his computer to mine but it still says its downloading something


anybody know what might be wrong here?


he bought it off of steam...not a illegal download
