If you have a modded firmware (I Do, No idea what version, some old stealth Hitachi thing),  Will I get banned hooking up to xbox live if I dont put a disk in the drive ? I have never played any backups while connected to xbox live, but i do like getting the old xbox arcade games. I have been to scared to hook up to live since the bans started, so I have no idea if I am banend or not

Any info would be great, I know there are alot of topics about the subject, but i cant find the answer to this question no matter how many threads I read, they all talk about playing backups on live, which I will not be doing.
