Yes, all on my own without asking a SINGLE question, I was able to softmod and flash the TSOP on the V1.3 Xbox 1! I have had the softmod on since Sunday the 24th.  I did a lot of on-line research, took THREE HOURS today to get what I needed, reading materials, and software.  PROOF that you can do it on your own, you just need time.  Turns out I needed Linux and Raincoat to flash the Winbond TSOP (EvoX  can PROGRAM, just does not know how to ERASE it, and they have to be erased first).  I bought a 29.00 Xbox I got (broken) on ebay, is what I used.  The DVD drive was broke, but I fixed that!  It is even a Samsung drive!  Unfortunately for me, I put it up for sale on ebay before I fixed it, so now I am stuck selling it. . .  IT is SDG-605. . .  I already had a phillips that did not work in a 35.00 TSOPed box I bought on ebay Last year, NOW seems to work in this box. I am using it in this one I bought.  Now I know how to completely do the softmods, and TSOP lashes with a MEM cartridge,  and the splinter cell disc.  However, for Winbond chips, add the Linux boot and bios disc (EvoX will flash the others).  The hardest part is soldering the jumpers/wires for WRITE ENABLING the TSOP.  1.2 to 1.5 are the easiest!!
