Nothing major, just cosmetic and code cleanup. It won’t do anything better or worse than the previous version.

June 14, 2009*WARNING* ABGX360 – Corrupt DMI with some ISOs
Posted by The Ori
Note: If you have recently AutoFixed “UFC 2009 Undisputed”, “Red Faction: Guerilla” or “Up” using abgx360, it may have patched a corrupt DMI to your ISO. This can be a ban causing mistake!
How can you tell if your ISO or Burned DVD has the bad DMI? Simply check the game with abgx360 on medium or high verbosity and look for “DMI CRC = XXXXXXXX”.
For “UFC 2009 Undisputed” the corrupt DMI CRC = 46C162C8
For “Red Faction: Guerilla” the corrupt DMI CRC = 580B3E16
For “Up” the corrupt DMI CRC = F9F50C0F
How do you fix it if you have the corrupt DMI? If you already burned the game and deleted the ISO you will have to copy the disc back to your HDD (ImgBurn is recommended for Windows users). Also make sure that you have online functions enabled in abgx360 for the next steps. If you have played the games with the corrupted DMIs, you can be banned at the next wave.
For “UFC 2009 Undisputed” simply check the ISO with AutoFix threshold set to level 3 and it will automatically download the updated ini and patch a good DMI for you.
For “Red Faction: Guerilla” you will need to delete 1A5575DDA1D2466C.ini (if it exists) from your StealthFiles folder and then check the ISO with AutoFix set to level 3.
For “Up” you will need to delete E4F12417A1CB7F98.ini and Xex_A1CB7F98.ini (if they exist) from your StealthFiles folder, however there is currently no other verified rip of this game in the database so you will have to wait on that.
Where is your StealthFiles folder?
On Windows this is usually C:\Program Files\abgx360\StealthFiles\
On other systems this is usually ~/.abgx360/StealthFiles/
They apologize for this (they can’t be held liable for ANY bad ISO that you made, or downloaded), but this is a new type of corruption which seems to be associated with ripping via a certain USB->SATA adapter (they are not 100% sure of the cause yet) and DMI is now scanned for this corruption before being accepted into the database (so it won’t happen again).
June 13, 2009Fusion firmware for Xbox360 Is A Fake!
Posted by The Ori
Neo Victor (douche-bag) of Team M-TEC has released Fusion firmware for the Xbox 360 drives Hitachi, Samsung and Benq. I don’t know much about the firmware and haven’t tested it myself, maybe it will brick your drive or make it explode? You can find the discussion at eurasia.nu in the Xbox 360 tech forum. It is a mix of different firmwares according to the author with google translated features as follows…
Features of v1.1:
* Boot to the new layer of video
* Wave 3 with the upgrade of icrosoft’s NXE
* Make reading with speed of 2 to 12x
* It supports WAVE X
* Support for V2 SS
* 0800 Games for dumping including SS v2!
* supports games in stealth / partition on ”
This is a confirmed fake! There was only the firmware “name” string that was changed, when compared to iXtreme v1.51 as seen here.
Someone trying to make themselves look cool *!FAIL!*
June 10, 2009New LiteOn Firmware?
Posted by The Ori
There are some posts out there in just a few forums, that there is a new firmware revision for the LiteOn drive; B3850c, with a MFR date of 2009-03-06. Hardware revision A0A2.
It is said that when trying to extract the keys, they come up all zeros, or gets nothing with the spear. This has come up in a few German forum, and Eurasia. Not much else can be found on it right now. The Xbox-Scene forum says they are flashable, and patchable. It seems like a big hype for nothing.

That link is a forum that shows a BIG picture of the drive, it is a German site. Nothing has been confirmed anywhere else, or any place that is reliable. The people at the German site above are doing more arguing than anything else.
June 8, 2009Microsoft kills “coffin” policy; pack your 3LoD/E74 Xbox yourself
Posted by The Ori
Microsoft – the manufacturer of the RRoD-prone Xbox 360 – has confirmed to Joystiq that it’s discontinued its policy of providing a prepaid box with shipping label, more commonly referred to as the “coffin,” for all Xbox 360 repairs. As of May 26 the policy was discontinued “in an effort to expedite the repair process.” Customers will have the option of receiving an e-label to slap on the box they ship their bricked consoles in, but the days of the “coffin” are now over. A Microsoft spokesperson tell us, “Customers can now ship their consoles themselves using an e-label provided by Microsoft and do not need to wait for an empty box to be shipped to them.”
I recently found this out (about two weeks ago), when a friend of the family called them (after I told him about the E74 warranty), to send his E74 console back.
