I have a flashed xbox 360, I want to get a xbox live account so that I can stream netflix. According to this forum it appears that I will stand the chance of getting banned even if I dont play any games online. If that is the case I am willing to get another unmodded xbox360 for netflix and genuine copy gaming online. If I swap the harddrive from my modded 360 to an unmodded 360, will I still get banned… thanks.

i work my ass off building houses and that leaves me 1 game every 2 mongths after paying all bills and hell they keep going up…! So to give 60 fucking euros to one of the richest ass on earth, fuck that! Has anyone ever tried to just play retail games(not copied) on an xbox 360 that has a firmware like iextreme and see if they are banned? This would prove if microsoft could detect firmware or not. Thus proving if it is the firmware or the disc itself.

all i know is my xbox never had disk read errors the after update drive would just grind and not even register disks in the drive. I reflashed it with iextreme 1.41 benq 5x speed. drive now works like nothing happened!! i was gonna buy a new laser at first but thought i would try that first!
