At least for people that suffered broken consoles. There still remains the problem of the consoles overheating but they've been addressing that for a while. Last check wasn't it that even the Elite consoles with the 65nm manufacturing tech still overheated to the point of burning out? Maybe when they move the processors to a 45nm tech processing design they'll reach the point at which they don't overheat. The GamerTAG & Account are not banned, only the CONSOLE (however, they are flagged). But no, his is just the licence for the downloaded content, not key live.
