There are only three ways: 1. Buy a new one. 2. Send it back to M$ 3. Change the Keyvault, and then that means the DVD drive key must change to. Changing the Keybault is not for novice or even intermediate users. Plus, you need a VALID key, which means you would be stealing it from someone, or somewhere. I updated mine, then updated for DivX. I updated the other one first, took the HDD off and put it on mine, then updated for DivX, worked on both consoles.
