Well, I played H3 Wednesday, for about four hours, and I got to say, I was not impressed. The graphics are nice, game play is nice, but overall? It’s just the same game, with new weapons, defense technology, ships, ground vehicles, and aliens. Tell you what I am sick of, is the Flood. Why every Halo game has to have them is beyond me. Sure, they have evolved (Yeah, and how did that happen so quickly, from H2?), but still, it’s the FLOOD… So, yesterday I played Two Worlds, instead of Halo III. I will probably finish H3 this weekend, but thank god I did not I did not wait in line for this game, because I would have been more irritated than I am now.
honestly that’s all you really need, I love halo halo 2’s story dissapointed me but halo 3 is really all I needed, it’s better in graphics, physics, and I can whoop my friends in it.
I feel the same way. I went out n bought a 360 just because I wanted to see what the Halo 3 hype was all about. First time ever even picking up an xbox controller and I beat the game in about 5 hours of play. All I gotta say is, thank God I picked up a copy of Bioshock too because Halo 3 was kind of a let down. Like u said, game play nice, graphics are okay but, I don’t see what the big deal is really. I’m gonna give the multiplayer a shot this weekend and see if that can save the game for me.
Man, thank god someone else feels the same way. I was beginning to think that something was wrong with me. This game is extremely over-rated in my opinion.
Thank god. Same here. So i’m not the only one “in the world” thinks Halo 3 kinda sucks.

agreed, i haven’t tried H3 and dont play to unless someone else has a copy cuz i won’t buy/rent it. H2 was too close to the first so i only played bout half before i got bored with it. wow new weapons and since H2, dual weilding for weapons, bleh. they still looks like they running at full speed when you creep in H2 so i expect the same for H3. they need to study socom and learn from it, grenade throwing/running/1st.3rd person view/anything else….

WOW! Let me just say that the whole hype of this series is retarded. The ENTIRE HALO SERIES PLAIN SUCKS. its a first person shooter that has futuristic weapons, people, etc. wooo. now tell me out of all the 1st person shooter games, which one doesn’t have at least some of these qualities, if not all? minus the real life war based ones (ex: call of duty, etc. the game itself is terrible especially considering all the hype it recieves. what it boils down to is: MICROSOFT SUCKS, & HALO SUCKS. end of story
halo 3 sucks pretty much, played it today, i was bored after an hour, get Metroid for Wii i was playing that today also and i love it
same here got halo 3 played it, wasnt impressed. i went back to playing WarHawk on my PS3

okay metroid for the wii has good single player…but that’s all it’s got! once ya beat the game it’s over so ya it sux nuts…halo games are over hyped but they are good games nonetheless…
just like what I’ve expected! I don’t think H3 is any good because it is just another FPS! I don’t think the graphic or even the gameplay is that impressive to the extend of the hype it got!!
TBH, i’ve not been impressed with halo since completing halo 1, then getting halo 2 some time after its launch, and….i was disappointed with it
i’ve played better xbox games since, actually….regardless if they had multiplayer or not, i thought the following had better gameplay
Timesplitters 2&3, Perfect Dark Zero, GeOW, Crackdown and even Lost Planet
atleast these games felt fresh compared to Halo
yep aint that the truth a bought a 360 to experience halo and was dissapointed… and i waited in line to get halo3 oh well back to my ps3… and i dont want any cracks about that last line… im a gamer so i dont limit myself to one system…
Man u guys r weird.okay halo 3 “is not the game of the year”,but dont go on someones else opinion saying the game was boring or stupid.I mean come on, the story was good but the POINT of getting halo 3 was to play online and kickA$$!!!
