In a statement to GamesIndustry.biz, a Microsoft spokesperson said that “While we cannot comment on specific numbers for the US sales of the Legendary SKU, we can confirm that demand remains high and the highly-collectible version of the game is on track to be sold out by the time Halo 3 launches next week.”
CVG is reporting that the Legendary Edition has already sold out in the UK, with all available units being accounted for by pre-orders.
Also: I only saw two H3 Edition 360s shelved at the local Best Buy today, and; they said they only got a few of them, and once they sell out, that will be it. They only make so many of them, which is why they are Limited Edition.

I still have my Green Halo edition XB1 too!!!
Wish I could get one of those new ones to complete the set.
I was going to get it yesterday, but I decided not to. Maybe later, if they’re still available, there were only TWO shelved, and they are a limited product.
