You may remember back in September when Team Xecuter announced the Blaster360. The device which aims towards delivering a simple DVD-ROM flashing solution for all firmware modders alike.
Here’s the latest update:
OK, after we had a final version manufactured to beta a few weeks ago, we have embarked on an exhaustive testing process (and jees am I glad we did too!). When I say tested, I mean I had guys knock the shit out of this product and tried to break it anyway they could. Of course the answer is yes they did break it, many times, and we have fixed/solved every problem so it REALLY is now ready to roll out of the factory. No one is more down about the fact its not ready for Xmas season than we are, however of course no one is going to argue that we wanted to get this right - because you have NO idea how accurate this thing has to be (initially we thought it would be MUCH easier/simpler than this - boy were we wrong)
It looks like it’ll retail for around $70 (USD) and is scheduled for release within the next 2 weeks. To read more regarding the beta testing results, click the source link below.

Hey gusy i’m some stupid asshole who doesn’t know shit about firmwares or backing up and instead of going to google and doing the research i’m going to post a stupid ass newb question up here spamming up posts over and over again. What’s a firmware? How do i play backed up games? Do i need a mod chip to play a backup iso…i’m such an asshole..blah blah blah fuck me fuck me i’m stupid i should kill myself and i hope my mom get’s so much cancer that the bitches teeth start to turn purple. Why would you want to buy this? specially at a $70 price tag, best bet is to buy the alternative samsung dvd rom drive, that will solve all your problems, you will never have to open up your xbox again. and that costs at the most around $50 just use the KREON firmware, works fine!!!
hey, which one is better getting this for the firmware update or getting a chip for the drive?
Question, will this work instead of the usb360 or do i need both sorry for n00b question psp is more my bag but ive got a hitachi 360 and a usb360 g/opa 8-1 am i heading in the write direction plz confirm both or just usb
