Here’s the latest and greatest Birdy Friendly Flasher with Xtreme v1.3 for all Hitachi-LG drives, and v2.0 for version 46 Hitachi-LG DVD-ROM drives.

v2.2 features:

• Support all firmware version
• Geremia tweak -> version 1.3
• Greeting windows, you know what version of firmware your flashing
• Upgrade a firmware over an existing xtreme
• Reverse patch without original.bin
• Customizable firmware : you can select the tweak you need : tray tweak, f900, geremia etc..

New Hitachi 7in1 (v32/v36/v40/v46/v47/v58/v59) package from GaryOPA! This new version includes the Dashboard timeout fix, plus a few other additions:

Here’s a new version of Birdy’s Friendly Flasher for Xbox360 Hitachi/LG DVD-ROM drives.

This is the birdypack 2.1 with:

Birdyflasher 7in1 version (Hitachi-LG 32 36 40 46 47 58 and 59)
For the version 46 it include the xtreme 2.0 (xtreme 1.2 and F900 merged)
The F900 core is actived only in modeB.
Also includes the Geremia Dashboard Timeout Patch.

This pack include the ScpCreator: You select an original firmware, an modified and it create a patch and reverse scp file auto.

The Xtreme v2.0 is stable (1 week without problem but untested with getss because I have trouble with it)

Here’s a new user-friendly method to flash your Xbox360 Hitachi-LG drive. Courtesy of Birdy, Friendly Flasher is a Windows application simplifying the whole flashing process; it features the following:

• Auto-Detect Hitachi Drive connected to Windows and its firmware version
• Auto-Detect Firmware on drive (original, xtreme x.x)
• Can restore / flash / Reverse patch with user friendly interface
• Auto Retry if flashing or restoring fails
• Auto Verify if Flash / Restore went sucessfully
• Xtreme Hack 1.2 contains all the goodies mentioned on previous releases (see releases from birdy and garyopa)
• Autocheck if loaded firmware is for GDR3120 and filesize ok
• Auto-decrypt firmware if you try to restore with crypted firmware
• Higly customisable : the flasher integrate a real macro language (see .scp file) with a lot of function.
• All functions are integreted in the file, no need extra software

Birdy is also working on a merged version with the F900 (extract security sectors) and Stealth mode! For more details, refer to the included readme.txt.

GaryOPA has released a new version of the Xtreme Firmware for Xbox 360 Hitachi-LG DVD-ROM drives. This newly revised firmware includes support for all six Hitachi/LG drives: v32, v36, v40, v46, v47, and finally v59. Xtreme v1.2 firmware also includes a few bug fixes which should improve your flashing experience:

• NEW v40 Hitachi firmware added, now all SIX Hitachi drives are supported!
• FIXED v32 - Small bug found in the conversion of “Birdy” tweak to the v32
• FIXED v36 - Small bug found in the conversion of “Birdy” tweak to the v36
• IMPROVED FLASH.BAT - Even more fail-safe, and less user errors allowed!
• IMPROVED RESTORE.BAT - Just some small changes to improve the restoring!
