HI GUYS I GOT THE FIRMWARE HACK FROM BAERSHARE ITS A XEX FILE I HAD TO BURN IT WITH XISO ALL IS GOOD MY BACKUP COPYS WORK FINE EVEN XBOX LIVE WORKS WITH MY BACKUP GAMES ON DVD-R AND THANX VERY MUCH FOR THE HACK GUYS KEEP IT UP.

If they releas the hack, then MicroSoft will preform a firmware update via xbox live…….
Flashing a drive’s chip is not hard at all…
If You got the tools and the hacked firmware..

Lets just say that this hack is great, but has no use at all….

To easy to update the firmware via xbox live..

main security system is still up. Only pirated games can be run with this hack.. homebrew software has to wait some more…

BUT TO BE HONEST

I think there are other stuff that needs to be checked before anyone says that xbox360 is hackproof..

-XEX files are signed, thats correct, and it is impossible to hack the sign.. correct..
But xbox 360 uses other files to.. Are They all signed?

-Custom made drives via sata?
Maybe soon dvd drives for pc came out with sata.. Who knows , maybe xbox 360 could be fooled with one..

-Xbox 360 can accept streams..
Could be an attack vector too.

Some of you will say now that all this is foolish…
