Gael360 has released an update to wxHdd - a tool to read/navigate the Xbox360 hdd filesystem.
New in v1.2
* Experimental support for memory cards (v1.0.1)
* Fixed some bugs (v1.0.1)
* Handling fragmentation of disc (v1.2)
* Opening of several partitions (v1.2)
* Extracting directories (v1.2)
* Instant/Direct opening of files (v1.2)
* Note: wxHdd does not have a feature to ‘add files’ (write on HD/Image) yet.
Also, aside from wxHdd - Gael360 has also released a new tool, wxPirs. This application opens Generic Xbox360 container files (PIRS, LIVE and CON).
This tool will allow you to open files of the following types: PIRS, LIVE or CON, which are generic container files on the Xbox360.
More info about this format is available on free60.org.These 3 formats are identical, the only difference are the first 4 characters of the file (PIRS/LIVE/CON), which is where their names come from, and what they are used for:
* PIRS: used to store themes or gamertags for example
* LIVE: used to store content downloaded from Xbox LIVE
* CON: these are a bit special, they are the only ones of this format that are create by the Xbox 360 itself. They are used to store saved games.
Both these applications require the Microsoft .NET Framework.

is it possible yet to use a normal hard drive instead of a 20 gb microsoft hd because we are still waiting for this so called stock to come in but no one seems to be able to get so if i can hook up a bigger hd to my 360 then that would be great …thanks
i think maybe take an IDE cable cut and somehow conect it to the 360 hd conector
the xbox is ok i guess but the ps3 is gonna won because the new xbox is a piece of crap!!! microsoft bombed on this xbox 1.5
Hey #6, you suck balls. Do you even have a 360? Did you try to save your money but are too poor to get one so you keep saving your money to get a PS3 cause it’s too hard to find a 360? Go to a damn playstation website to promote the PS3. The 360 didn’t bomb. You suck at life.
OK well i guess i am retarded so i will just ask do i need to make some crazy cable to do this is it threw eithernet cables, and finaly did the one xbox 360 dash update screw this up….
yippe now I can try it since before yesterday my xbox360 arrive ( it crashed a several times ti’ll it stop working but now the new one has been working perfectly ).
Will it work for 1.0? I found my PSP in my garage 2 days ago. I got it in Japan. It kinda sucks.

hey number 6 did u know that on ps3 it will be impossible to hack and you cant trade in your games cause each of them have a certain code to which you cannot reuse or so u cant steal a game and ps3 games will be 100 dollars good luck fuckhead
