Xbox 360 will be able to play xbox games but you will need the hard drive and download stuff from xbox live.

PS3 is crap, and i s|-|!7 on it. good help them if halo 2 isnt compatible, i’ll have to wait for halo 3 to get the 360, lol.

be “old school”, exept by those
few people who only got into
gaming cause the xbox came out w/ Halo and Halo2

Yeah only select titles since they have to recompile/patch it to run on the new processor rather than the old xbox x86 archetecture. So if your favorite game wasn’t that popular on xbox… dont expect it to play on 360
i have also heard rumors where you *HAVE* to have a hdd for the 360 to play xbox games

well at e3 microsoft said that the 30 would be backwords compatible. i would think so because i am sure people will want to squeeze in some halo 2 until halo 3 comes out
